I got the tonkonstsu ramen which was so rich and yummy! I wish the chasu was cut into small pieces rather than being served as one big piece making it difficult to eat. I love all the toppings that it already comes with so I don't need to add anything extra. We came in ij a Wednesday night and got seated right away! The garlic edamame is also a must it's on the saucier side of things but still yummy of course! I just wished my edamame came out before my ramen instead of after but it's okay. This is a small shop and it's decorated as if you stepped into an anime which is so cool and I love it. It's a very casual and great dinner place to grab with the family and friends .
A solid place for ramen in the area! I really liked their combos. I got the truffle ramen with the spicy tuna roll. My brother got the spicy miso ramen with gyoza. We liked everything we had! Wasn't a huge fan of the chashu, you get one large thin piece of chashu, not multiple thicker cuts like at other places. But I did like that the ramen came with all toppings included (egg, chashu, bean sprouts, and woodear mushrooms).
Came to try the dine in only happy hour special. Took a while to get seated and order but I was patient since they seemed short staffed. Ordered the ramen combo (truffle garlic ramen + salmon roll). Would've enjoyed the salmon roll more if it came with a bit more food. Overall friendly service and anime themed wall for the aesthetic. Complimentary macaron ice cream for writing a review lol.
Best Ramen in Town! This a hidden gem, right here in HB, Akuma Ramen, has the best ramen comfort food in a bowl, building layers of flavors layer by layer. A ramen bowl made just for you! What food makes you feel better when you are feeling under the weather. Ramen makes feel me better any day, Ramen is made just for you! This a food that makes you feel better all year around, all seasons. Service is courteous and friendly Always keeping checkinh on us bringing water, getting the plates, you name they are great! The ambience is fun and trendy with lots of anime murals. I Loved their background music their play list is just as comforting. We tried the Spicy Miso-Pork brooth. Layer by layer-Chashu, egg, Bean Sprout Green onion and Ear-wood mishrooms. My daughter ordered the Akuma Chicken Ramen, Mmm So Good! Layer by layer, Chicken brooth, Chicken breast, Egg, mix greens, corn, Green onions, Beans Sprouts. Side we have tried the Avocado Sushi Roll, Mixed Tempura. Tbh, everything is so delicious! I love their Happy Hour Prices! Which is All Day - Everyday! Located on Bolsa Chica/Edinger in the Seagate Plaza.
Very reasonably priced -- ramen and a roll for $18! Solid ramen and sushi. Ramen options a bit limited, but lots of rolls to pick from. Chill spot with wine/beer/sake. Will be back.
